4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in advance.

• Refunds are processed only in valid cases, at FollowBuyBD’s discretion.

• Completed or partially completed services cannot be refunded.

• For refund issues, contact support via WhatsApp.

5. Service Interruption & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse of services, violation of terms, or fraudulent/malicious activity. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

13. Balance Validity Policy

All added balance must be used on or before June 9, 2026. If the domain expires or the site becomes inactive after June 10, 2026, unused balances will be forfeited. No refund or compensation will be provided.

14. Disclaimer (In Case of Owner’s Death)

If FollowBuyBD becomes inactive due to the owner's death:

• No claims, refunds, or complaints can be made against the owner or his family.

• The family has no involvement or responsibility related to the website.
